8k8t is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals. You will be prompted to complete KYC verification — submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie — at the time of your first withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request being triggered may result in the suspension of your withdrawal privileges pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8t login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person. 8k8t will never contact you via SMS, email, or live chat to request your password or OTP. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that is not resolved by arbitration under Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where amendments are material, 8k8t will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on your Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
